Minimum hiring rate is $41.41 per hour, with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts. • Graduate Nurses are hired into the following units at GWV, based on availability:

Geisinger Wyoming Valley is expanding with 22 new emergency treatment rooms, a dedicated behavioral health space in the ER, 24 new ICU beds, 6 new operating rooms, new cardiac catheterization labs, 2 structural heart rooms, expanded clinic space and cardiac imagery, 100% private rooms transition, and 58 new medical/surgical inpatient beds. Phase one focuses on the bed tower and adjacent base, renovating the current ER;

expected completion is 2028.

• Acts as a team member toward unit and organization goals, accountable for unit and system metrics.
