Factoryville, PA – 12‑hour night shifts 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., 16‑hour shifts 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

$28.00–$32.00

• One to one patient care in the home.
• Implement and document the plan of care to ensure quality and continuity of care for the patient.
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies.
• Patient assessments; coordination of care.
• Reports any changes in the client condition to Clinical Manager and physician.
