Clinical Manager (RN) – Adult Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Philadelphia, PA Home Care office as a Clinical Manager
. Our team provides best-in-class care to adult clients throughout Philadelphia County.

As a Clinical Manager, you’ll support a team of nurses while helping ensure exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes.

• Lead, inspire, and motivate nursing staff to provide exceptional care.
• Visit adult clients and conduct clinical assessments throughout Philadelphia County.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee their implementation.
• Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses.
• Participate in the training, mentoring, and development of new and tenured nurses.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services and ongoing education for field staff.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience.
• Medical-surgical experience required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Philadelphia County.
