Licensed Practical Nurse - Hollidaysburg Veterans

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will perform the following duties:

• Health Assessment Support:
  Assist the RN by checking resident health status and ensuring accurate and confidential documentation
• Medication Management:
  Administer medications and treatments, verify pharmacy orders, and maintain accurate records
• Resident Observation:
  Observe residents for changes or concerns and report findings while documenting daily care activities
• Care Coordination:
  Work with the RN to help plan and adjust resident care and participate in nursing committees when needed
• Safety and Hygiene:
  Ensure residents are clean, safe, and well groomed while supporting infection control practices
• Specialized Care:
  Provide focused care for residents in specialty units such as Alzheimer care

• Full-time employment; 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week
  • Work Hours:
    
    2:45 PM - 11:15 PM, with a 30 minute lunch
  • Rotating weekends and holidays.
• Telework:
  You will not have the option to telework in this position.

• Salary:
  Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting salary of $68,914.00 (before taxes).
