Registered Nurse, ICU
Experience:

Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications:
ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
Work History:
Should not be more than 90 days of gap in entire work history
References: 1 Reference in entire work history
Need to have:
Impella, IABP, Open Heart 24-48 Hours Post Op, Post op:
Craniotomy & Laminectomy, EVD/ICP, Lumbar Drain, CRRT
