Sprinkler Inspection Representative Philadelphia | Full Time

Our client is seeking a Sprinkler Inspection Representative to support their team. This role is ideal for a dependable Sprinkler Inspector who takes pride in their work, documentation and helping keep building safe. Work environments include mostly industrial and/or commercial sites with moderate to high noise levels and work at elevated heights.

This role involves conducting inspections of building sprinkler systems, including testing components, documenting results, and preparing inspection reports. The position supports the Lead Inspector and/or Inspection Manager by gathering inspection data and completing required documentation.

• Perform Sprinkler inspections accurately and on schedule.
• Test control panels, devices, and systems functions and record results using a handheld device.
• Upload inspection data and prepare finalized sprinkler inspection reports and Inspection Certifications.
• Support the Lead Inspector/Inspection manager and participate in monthly team meetings.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's licence and clean driving record.
• Prior Sprinkler system experience required; NICET II preferred.
• Knowledge of NFPA Standards, hydrant/pressure testing, and common testing tools (sensitivity testers, multimeters, battery analyzers, sound meters, and communication devices).
• Strong communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, work at various heights, work extended periods of standing, walking, stair climbing, ladder use, and use of basic computer/handheld systems.
