PayRate/Compensation: $30–$35/hr shift: 1st Shift – Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm Why you should apply to be Quality Technician:

- Conducting product testing, inspection, and non-destructive testing (NDT) including visual, liquid penetrant, and magnetic particle methods
- Reading process sheets, shop cards, and engineering drawings to ensure quality standards are met
- Participating in the casting certification process and preparing documentation related to NCR dispositions
- Creating weld maps, coordinating document and certification creation/retention, and receiving/storing material certifications
- Maintaining a clean, organized workstation and promoting safety awareness
- Supporting internal ISO team activities and collaborating cross-functionally within the QA department
- Reporting directly to the Quality Manager
- Have current certification in non-destructive testing (VT, PT, MT) (required)
- Are familiar with quality control analysis, metrology equipment, and have basic computer skills
- Can read and understand engineering drawings, including GD&T
- Possess strong critical thinking, coordination, and active listening skills
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Are detail-oriented, reliable, and have a strong attendance record
- Are able to work safely and comply with safety/environmental guidelines
