The Department of Cell and Developmental Biology at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seeks candidates for a Research Associate position in the Academic Support Staff. This appointment will be initially for one (1) yearand continuation during that time period and renewal are based on satisfactory performance and availability of funding (limited tothree (3) years). Expertise is required in the specific area ofTime-lapse imaging, confocal microscopy, mouse embryology, imageanalysis.
Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree.
Responsibilities may include Investigation of early mammaliandevelopment using molecular, cellular and imaging-based approaches and performing advanced imaging studies in intact developing mouseembryos.
The successful applicant will have an opportunity to Furtherdevelop expertise in embryology and live-imagingtechnologies.
Candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of post-doctoralexperience in the field
