Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs;
Support store sales initiatives and maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised selling floor;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and ensure proper presentation on shelves;
Help meet or exceed sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder as needed
