• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for Subaru vehicles and the automotive industry
• A desire to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous sales experience (preferred, but not required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Provide product knowledge and a high level of customer service
• Handle all aspects of the sales process, from greeting the customer to finalizing the sale
• Meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining customer satisfaction
