Key Responsibilities Drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing and maintain an accurate pipeline Identify and generate revenue through new client acquisition and upselling to existing clients Build strategic partnerships by consulting with clients to recommend tailored HR and payroll solutions
Required Qualifications Proven experience in SDR/BDR and AE roles with a successful track record of pipeline generation 2+ years of experience in a sales closing role, preferably in SaaS or tech Experience in multi-product or solution-based sales; familiarity with payroll or HR products is a plus Ability to thrive in high-performance, remote environments with an entrepreneurial mindset Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities to manage multiple deals effectively
