What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)- Drive sales growth by promoting laboratory solutions, including instrumentation, reagents, and point-of-care testing
- Build trusted advisor relationships with physicians, lab directors, and healthcare administrators
- Conduct diagnostic workflow analyses to identify opportunities for improving lab efficiency and reimbursement
- Monitor competitive activity and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize customer engagement and expand market reach
- Typically 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in a related discipline;
Master's degree or equivalent preferred - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in competitive markets
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
- Experience with CLIA compliance and reimbursement frameworks
- Experience selling into physician office labs and urgent care centers
- Familiarity with reagent rental models and multi‑channel growth strategies
- Prior success in collaborating with cross‑functional teams
- Industry certifications related to medical diagnostics
- Strong prospecting and territory management skills
