Account Manager, ENT; Pittsburgh

Role:
Account Manager responsible for executing sales strategies within a designated territory to achieve revenue and budget goals, supporting the adoption of Integra’s products by healthcare providers.

• physician training during procedures
• collecting procedural data
• providing customer feedback to marketing
• maintaining accurate CRM records
• ensuring compliance with Quality System requirements
• extensive travel within the assigned geographic area and requires strong relationship-building with healthcare professionals, particularly in ENT

• Bachelor's degree
• at least 3 years of outside sales or clinical support experience in the medical device or healthcare field, with a focus on surgical environments and physician engagement
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• excellent communication skills
• the ability to work in a team and meet sales targets in a commission-driven setting
• Experience in launching innovative technologies and establishing market development programs is preferred
