Security Officer Part Time Gatehouse – Clinton, PA

This role offers the chance to manage access control, monitor entry and exit activity, and support daily security-related operations with professionalism and care. You will have flexibility to build a schedule and explore new roles via our Claim a Shift platform.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.46 / Hour

• Thur: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following access control procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification/credentials, document visitor activity, and help deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, escalating concerns as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols to identify unusual activity and report security concerns.
• Support daily logistics operations by communicating clearly, maintaining access records, and following post‑orders.

• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Subject to drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
