KRE Security, LLC is hiring Act 235 Armed Security Officers for flexible part-time and per diem assignments throughout Perry County and surrounding areas

• Starting pay of $22.00/hour

• +$0.25/hour Military & LEO Differential for eligible veterans, active-duty military, and active/retired LEO
• Flexible part-time and per diem scheduling
• Day, evening, and weekend shifts

• Armed security throughout Perry County and surrounding areas
• School events and athletic activities
• Day, evening, and weekend assignments
• Additional assignments based on client and operational needs

• Maintain a visible, professional security presence
• Monitor assigned areas, entrances, and exits
• Conduct patrols as required
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete required reports and documentation
• Follow post orders, site procedures, and company policies
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, supervisors, and the public
• Identify and report suspicious or unusual activity
• Perform armed security duties safely and professionally

• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid Pennsylvania Act 235 certification as required for the assignment
• Meet all applicable Pennsylvania armed-security requirements
• Maintain required firearms qualifications/certifications
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation when required
• Ability to pass required background screening
• Reliable attendance and professional conduct
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Complete KRE Security's required in-person orientation
• Complete all required state-mandated training and certifications applicable to the assignment

Additional clearances, training, certifications, or qualifications may be required for specific assignments, including school-based assignments.
