Get ready to dive into a learning experience as an HVAC Apprentice at Ready & Able Plumbing, Heating & Air! In this role, you'll be at the forefront of learning the ins and outs of the Heating and Air Conditioning trade while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-notch service to our valued customers. You will learn how to complete maintenances on residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
With experience you will learn how to then repair heating and air conditioning equipment.

- Technical school graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Assist lead technician with repairs and replacements.
- Track material to restock the vehicle
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in customer's homes
- Be willing to work overtime when needed
Provide your own hand tools once proficient - Maintain Company tools and equipment
- Communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and vendors
- High School Diploma
- Customer Service experience is a plus
- Mechanically inclined
- Valid clean Driver's License
- Be willing to work late and on weekends as needed
- Pass a drug test and criminal background check
- Honest, reliable, responsible person with a good work ethic
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Must live within a reasonable distance from our office
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
