Description
About the RoleWe’re hiring a dependable, skilled Lead Maintenance Technician to support three apartment complexes in Delaware County, PA. You’ll complete work orders, perform repairs, assist with turnovers, and keep the properties running smoothly. This is a stable, full-time role with consistent hours, a supportive team, and opportunities for growth.
What You’ll Do- Complete work orders: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance
- Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (turns/make-readies)
- Assist with inspections and follow-up repairs
- Respond to emergency on-call situations (rotating schedule)
- Maintain tools, supplies, and company equipment
- Help with snow removal and seasonal tasks
- Provide great customer service to residents
- 1+ year of apartment or residential maintenance experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repair
- Ability to manage work orders and prioritize tasks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
- HVAC certification a plus
- $28–$30/hr (based on experience)
