HVAC Technician | Pennsylvania | Approximately $70,000
GH Engage is currently recruiting an experienced HVAC Technician to join an established facilities maintenance team in Pennsylvania.
CompensationApproximately $70,000 annually
Employment TypeFull-time
Position OverviewYou will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC and mechanical systems within a commercial facility. This position requires a technically capable technician who can troubleshoot equipment, complete preventive maintenance and communicate professionally with clients and site personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Maintain air-handling units, rooftop units, split systems, VRF systems, pumps, boilers and associated equipment
- Inspect and test HVAC equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
- Respond to service requests and equipment breakdowns
- Maintain accurate service records and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with facility teams, clients and specialist contractors
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with HVAC controls and building automation systems is advantageous
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
