United States Senate is seeking a dedicated Caseworker for Pennsylvania offices (Harrisburg, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Erie, State College, Allentown, Scranton). The role is full-time and in-person, supporting constituents who experience issues with federal agencies and serving as a liaison between constituents, federal agencies, and the Senator’s office.
The Caseworker will manage a portfolio of constituent casework, communicate with agencies, and provide timely updates to constituents.
