• Design and build high-quality, scalable software solutions for a leading learning platform
• Integrate AI models into the platform to enhance teacher support tools for lesson planning and classroom orchestration
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategies within the engineering team
• Develop and maintain Type Script code for both front-end and back-end components, including automated testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software reliability and a positive user experience

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree or training
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience
• At least 2 years of experience with a modern front-end framework (e.g., React)
• Minimum of 3 years of server-side development experience (e.g., NodeJS)
• Experience deploying production systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with languages and frameworks such as Type Script, Node.js, Express, Nx, and ESBuild
• Experience managing cloud-based infrastructure using tools like AWS, Datadog, Terraform, and Docker
• Knowledge of integrating AI technologies, including Large Language Models and Automatic Speech Recognition
• Proficiency in automated testing techniques with frameworks like Jest and WebdriverIO
• Background in education or ed-tech
