Daylight - $20.00hr or Night shift $21.00hr

Schedule:

2-2-3 Schedule (12-hour shifts) – Work 4 days one week(49hrs), Work 3 days the next week (36.75hrs) then schedule repeats itself.

Hours:

Currently we are hiring for both daylight and night shift.

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:15 PM or Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:15 AM

TOPS Staffing is hiring Warehouse Material Handlers / Forklift Operators for a rapidly growing manufacturing company operating out of a new, state of the art production and warehouse facility. This role focuses on material movement, inventory control, and supporting production operations within the warehouse.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Material Handler, you will operate stand-up forklifts and other equipment to move raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility. You will help ensure materials are delivered accurately and efficiently to support production schedules and inventory management.

• Operate stand-up forklifts to move materials within the warehouse and production areas
• Deliver raw materials to production lines based on work orders
• Track and record material movements in the inventory system
• Verify material quantities, part numbers, and lot information
• Maintain an organized and clean warehouse environment
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
• Inspect forklifts and equipment daily and report maintenance issues
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations

• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience required (material handling experience preferred)
• Stand-up forklift experience required
• Experience using Excel, Oracle, or similar inventory systems – Highly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
