Warehouse Supervisor

Wavepoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our fast-paced transportation and warehousing environment. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, manage inbound and outbound freight, and ensure accurate inventory control using WMS and RF technology. Responsibilities include scheduling labor, enforcing safety and OSHA standards, coordinating with transportation and customer service teams, and driving process improvements.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys solving problems, optimizing workflows, and supporting a culture of reliability, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and put-away.
• Lead, train, and coach warehouse associates, managing schedules, performance, and productivity.
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, reconciliations, and effective WMS usage.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight with transportation, carriers, and customer service teams.
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Monitor KPIs for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee proper use and care of material handling equipment and RF scanning tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer requirements and service levels.
