Overview
As a Division Coordinator, you will be essential in the home building process from sale to closing. In this role, you will collaborate with a variety of teams across the Fischer Homes organization. The most rewarding aspect of this role is providing essential oversight to each department to ensure a successful closing of each home in your division.
Responsibilities- Efficiently coordinate and manage the sale-to-close process for each home sold by acting as a liaison between the division, our external business partners and other internal departments.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Production Process Manager, Sales Managers, Construction Managers, Market President, and other division functions.
- Prepare, secure approval and distribute weekly and/or monthly reports as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be able to use sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) to effectively communicate and interact with other Associates and customers.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (i.e. typing, writing) to operate office supplies (i.e. computer, calculator, copier).
- Must be able to lift and carry approximately 20-25 lbs unassisted.
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time with low periods of reaching and standing.
