Shinwa USA Corp of Erlanger KY is seeking 1 permanent full-time Sales & Project Specialist. This position will arrange integrated, international coordination between U.S. & Japan projects by developing cost proposals, budget control, and scheduling protect management; hire general contractor to install industrial machinery being supplied, oversee installation of machinery, and ensure all deliverables are completed with assistance from supplier's engineers;

manage sales with both customers & suppliers; supervise 2 staff members who assist in maintaining customer/supplier relationships to plan & create strategies for future sales; manage & coordinate international & domestic logistics, projects, & other business aspects; responsibility for turn‑key projects and main customer contact for the company at foreign locations. It is essential that we have someone with the requisite professional skills and knowledge to serve in this vital and responsible world.

This position requires both international and domestic travel approximately 50% of the time. 10% of the travel will be international and the remaining 40% will be domestic. No Japanese or other foreign language requirement. Position requires a bachelor’s degree in risk control, operations, or other closely related field and a clear understanding of Japanese & American business culture & practices.
