Deliver exceptional customer care in air logistics, resolve issues promptly, optimize customer satisfaction and profitability.;
Engage stakeholders and coordinate across teams to meet customer requirements.;
Monitor shipments and proactively communicate with customers, handling feedback, complaints, and escalations with timely corrective actions.;
Support or lead customer implementations with involvement from OCC/RCC/OM as required; participate in scalable trainings.;
Drive customer growth and retention and support profitability through quotation accuracy and procurement liaison.
