WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, developing, coordinating, and implementing training programs that improve employee performance, knowledge, and capabilities. Working closely with department leaders, this role identifies training needs and opportunities, supports new hire onboarding and continued employee development, and helps ensure training programs align with organizational needs. You will:
• Design and develop electrical and avionics system integration solutions for commercial and business aircraft.
• Develop and implement training programs that support employee performance, knowledge, and skill development.
• Identify training needs, skills gaps, and development opportunities across the organization.
• Partner with department heads and managers to understand business needs and determine appropriate training solutions.
• Support new hire onboarding and continued employee development throughout the employee life cycle.
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, videos, handouts, and other learning resources.
