Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Business Analyst to join our IT services team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements designing Service Now solutions and ensuring the effective implementation of Service Now modules.

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into technical specifications

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Service Now implementations and enhancements
• Solution Design Design and propose Service Now solutions that meet business needs and align with best practices
• Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the Service Now platform
• Configuration and Customization Configure and customize Service Now modules workflows and scripts to meet business requirements
• Testing and Validation Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of Service Now solutions
• Documentation Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements technical specifications and process flows
• Training and Support Provide training and support to endusers and other IT teams on Service Now functionalities and best practices
• Project Management Assist in project planning coordination and execution of Service Now projects
• Stakeholder Communication Facilitate communication between stakeholder’s developers and other IT teams to ensure successful project delivery

Qualifications

• Education bachelor’s degree in computer science information technology business administration or a related field
• Experience Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst with at least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Service Now platform
• Certifications Service Now Certified System Administrator CSA and Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist CIS are highly desirable
• Analytical Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
• Team Player Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed
• Adaptability Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Service Now ITSM ITOM and other Service Now modules
• Knowledge of integration tools and techniques such as RESTSOAP APIs and middleware platforms
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
