Title: Service Now ITOM Technical Lead/Architect

We are looking for an experienced Service Now lead to design architecture and implementation of Service Now solutions across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the overall technical solution ensuring alignment with business requirements platform best practices scalability and governance standards

• Define end to end Service Now solution architecture across modules such as ITSM ITOM ITBMSPM HRSD CSM Sec Ops GRC and custom applications
• Lead architecture and design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into scalable secure and maintainable Service Now solutions
• Provide technical leadership to development integration and implementation teams
• Ensure adherence to Service Now best practices design standards and platform governance
• Architect and review integrations between Service Now and third party systems using REST SOAP MID Server Integration Hub and other enterprise integration patterns
• Design data model CMDB strategy service mapping approach workflows and automation frameworks
• Conduct solution reviews code reviews and architecture governance checkpoints
• Identify technical risks dependencies and mitigation plans during project lifecycle
• Guide platform performance optimization upgrade planning release management and instance strategy
• Collaborate with program managers business analysts developers and product owners to drive successful delivery
• Support estimation proposal creation roadmap planning and strategic advisory for Service Now initiatives

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
• Extensive experience in Service Now architecture design and implementation
• Strong hands on expertise in one or more Service Now modules such as ITSM ITOM HRSD CSM SPM Sec Ops or GRC

• Service Now Certified System Administrator CSA
• Service Now Certified Application Developer CAD
• Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist CIS in relevant modules
• Service Now Certified Technical Architect CTA or equivalent advanced certification preferred
