Job Description- Proficiency in SOTI Mobi Control and mobile & Zebra device management.
- Strong understanding of mobile security and compliance features.
- Experience in supporting Apple devices (iOS, Mac)
- Experience in enrolling Apple devices with Automated Device Enrollment (ADE)
- Experience with troubleshooting mobile devices and applications.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Configure and manage mobile & Zebra devices, ensuring they comply with organizational policies
- Deploy, update, and manage applications on mobile & Zebra devices using SOTI Mobi Control
- Implement and manage security policies to protect mobile, Zebra & Handheld devices and data
- Monitor device compliance, usage, and performance.
