This isn’t just a technical support role. It’s a gateway to building deep expertise, influencing product innovation, and creating real‑world impact. This is not an IT/SaaS role; you will manage a portfolio of mechanical & electrical engineered products.
What you’ll be doing- Building deep expertise in industrial safety products, applications, and standards
- Supporting customers through technical troubleshooting, installation guidance, and application advice
- Owning customer interactions via inbox and phone, ensuring a high‑quality, responsive experience
- Partnering with Sales to help customers specify and integrate solutions
- Investigating and resolving complex technical queries
- Supporting webinars, trade shows, and customer training
- Travelling to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve issues in real‑world environments
- Capturing customer feedback to help shape future product innovation
- 1–3 years’ experience in technical support, field service, or engineering
- Exposure to PLCs, HMIs, industrial automation, or safety systems
- Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting ability
- Confident communicator—comfortable working directly with customers
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
- Engineering degree (or equivalent experience welcomed)
- Electrical or machinery safety knowledge (beneficial)
- Curious and driven to continuously improve and innovate
- Strong collaborator who builds trusted relationships
- Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast‑changing environment
- Deeply customer‑focused, always aiming to exceed expectations
