Parallel Runs:

Coordinate defect management, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders and implementation partners.
Cutover, Deployment & Optimization
Cutover Planning:
Contribute to cutover planning, execute payroll-related deployment tasks, and support production readiness assessments.
Continuous Improvement:
Collaborate with other module leads to identify system enhancements, process automations, and workflow optimizations.
End-User Enablement:
Conduct training sessions for team members and end-users to maximize understanding and utilization of the ECP platform.
