We are seeking an AI Applications Administrator to manage and support enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise. This role is responsible for platform administration, user access, security, governance, monitoring, and operational support to ensure AI applications are secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
Responsibilities- Administer and maintain enterprise AI platforms, including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT Enterprise.
- Manage Azure AD app registrations, API keys, licensing, user provisioning, and access controls.
- Monitor platform performance, usage, adoption, and costs and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for AI-related support tickets and incidents.
- Develop and maintain documentation, processes, and operational runbooks.
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, DLP, and SIEM integrations.
- Partner with IT, HR, Legal, Finance, and Operations to support AI adoption and governance.
- Manage vendor relationships and day-to-day operations with AI service providers.
- Support AI platform rollouts, governance initiatives, and compliance reviews.
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
- 3+ years of enterprise IT, platform administration, or systems operations experience.
- 3+ years of experience administering ChatGPT Enterprise or similar enterprise LLM platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD/Entra .
- Experience with Power Shell and Microsoft Graph;
Python or shell scripting is a plus. - Understanding of DLP, Microsoft Purview, SIEM, and enterprise security practices.
- Experience with IT ticketing and incident management; ITIL knowledge preferred.
- Understanding of generative AI, AI/ML fundamentals, and responsible AI practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Microsoft 365 Administrator, Azure AI Engineer, or related certifications are a plus.
