The Facilities Reliability Maintenance Technician will report to the Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Lead on the respective shift. Maintenance operates 2 shifts per day, 7 days per week.

Responsibilities- Perform daily inspections, preventative, reactive and predictive maintenance of the building envelope, building equipment, space occupied by CFA Supply, and common areas of the site.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, work order instructions, and warranty agreements.
- Escalate maintenance issues that cannot be resolved in a timely manner.
- Perform maintenance activities in a reliable and cost-effective manner in compliance with safety, quality, compliance requirements and industry standards, and CFA's SOPs.
- Perform off‑shift critical work and emergency repairs when needed.
- Identify reoccurring problems impacting asset life and identify possible solutions.
- Load financial and operational data into the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and its financial systems in an accurate, complete, and timely manner.
- High school diploma (or equivalent).
- Associate degree; certified maintenance technician.
- 5+ years of experience in maintenance within food manufacturing and distribution operations or similar operations (7+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in equipment maintenance, mechanical design, and assembly; mechanical, electrical, and automation experience.
- Multi‑skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, including hydraulic maintenance, with trouble‑shouting experience.
- Experience with blueprints and shop drawings.
- Prior experience in the use of CMMS and knowledge of applicable SQC requirements.
- Possesses an uncompromising commitment to food safety and overall safety for the organization and its employees.
- Self‑starter with ability to work in a fast‑paced environment; availability for on‑call support and shift flexibility as needed.
- Team player, also able to work independently when necessary.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking skills; quick learner.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Quick and versatile learning skills, adaptive and open to change.
