Location: Erlanger, KY, USA – 2825 Crescent Springs Pike
Shift: Week A:
Thurs 5:45am‑6:15pm, Fri 5:45am‑6:15pm, Sat 6am‑4:30pm. Week B:
Wed 6am‑4:30pm, Thurs 5:45am‑6:15pm, Fri 5:45am‑6:15pm, Sat 6am‑4:30pm
Compensation: $22.29/hr + 5% bonus plan + $2000 signing bonus.
Base Pay Range: $16.94 – $28.24/hr

Job SummaryAs directed by the supervisor, this position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, loading, and shipping products to customers and replenishing inventory stock as established by policies and procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities- Responsible for accurate unit pick and case pick.
- Conduct goods in procedure to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Perform order audits for quality assurance.
- Review product orders and complete error corrections.
- Perform all tasks within the scope of applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
- Other duties as directed by the supervisor(s).
- Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
Skills and Qualifications
- Preferred 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
- Experience and/or certification with warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, and reach truck.
- Basic math and English reading skills with a high standard for attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to be a team player and work in a team environment.
- Strong focus on customer service and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with computer programs/software, automation, and RF scanners.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Behaviors aligned with the McKesson ICARE principals and values.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to walk up to 10 miles during a shift.
- Ability to lift 20–40 pounds repetitively; greater weights with team lift.
- Ability to work in refrigerated/cold areas.
- May sit, stand, stoop, bend, walk intermittently.
- May sit or stand 7 to 10 hours per day.
- May be required to work extended hours as needed.
- Finger dexterity to operate office equipment.
- Visual acuity to see and read fine prints; requires close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be able to hear normal voice sounds.
