Location: Elsmere, KY
Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3 rotation)

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED
Experience: 6+ months in warehouse or factory work is a bonus - we'll teach the rest.
Physical Ability: Able to stand, bend, and lift (up to) 50 lbs.
Work Style: Steady, dependable, and always safety-minded.

Requirements:

• Entry-level position; manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3 format)
• Ability to stand for the entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent bending, lifting, and physical activity
• Strong attention to detail for quality inspections and production documentation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment
• Must follow GMP, food safety, and safety procedures at all times
• Reliable attendance and strong commitment to workplace safety
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening

Job Duties:

• Operate and monitor production, bottling, packaging, or manufacturing equipment
• Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure product standards are met
• Complete production records and required documentation accurately
• Follow GMP, food safety, and quality control procedures
• Assist with packaging, material handling, and production line operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Support production goals and assist with additional duties as assigned
