This role supports scientists by batching formulas and prototypes, conducting analytical testing, and preparing product samples to meet customer specifications.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform analytical testing and interpret results
- Modify formulas using Wildware
- Conduct sensory tests and stability testing
- Follow ISO procedures
- Use AS400 and LEAD systems for data and shipments
- Generate demo sheet data and assist in flavor screening
- High School Diploma (or higher) with 1-3 years of experience
- Proficient in math, basic scientific concepts, computer programs (Word, Excel, email)
- Familiar with lab instruments (e.g., pH meter, Brix, spectrophotometers)
- Team player, clear communicator
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
