Set up and operate electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment such as wire, sinker, and hole drill machines to manufacture precision metal components;
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to determine machining requirements and setup parameters;
Monitor machining processes, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to maintain consistent part quality and productivity;
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments and other inspection tools to verify that they meet quality and dimensional standards;
Perform routine maintenance on EDM machines to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
