Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.

Experience Requirements Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment. Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to monitor equipment for proper operation. Ability to perform quality inspections and maintain production standards. Commitment to workplace safety, attention to detail, and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications Previous machine operation, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience performing machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, or preventative maintenance is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, quality systems, or continuous improvement practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate mechanical ability, reliability, teamwork, and a commitment to quality are well positioned for success as a Machine Operator.

Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

What You Will Do As a Machine Operator you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce quality products according to production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Machine Operator helps produce quality products through the safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment.

This role requires strong work habits, mechanical ability, and a commitment to maintaining production and quality standards. The Machine Operator combines equipment operation, product inspection, troubleshooting, and process monitoring to support successful manufacturing while following established production procedures. This profession is well suited for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work and operating industrial equipment.
