We are seeking an experienced Offset Jet Press Operator for our Erlanger, Kentucky facility just minutes from Cincinnati OH. Offset Jet Press Operators set up and operate 2-color high-speed printing presses.

Shift: Four days a week, 10 hours days from 6:00am – 4:30pmPay rate increases with more industry experience WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?

Set up and run press machine, maintain quality, and adjust ink and water roller pressures.

Properly inspect product visually, separate envelopes.

Place envelopes onto feed of machine.

Pack envelopes uniformly and neatly, keep up with the machine speed.

Properly check order throughout run to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of product.

Maintain accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons and skids.

Remove paper jams, perform preventative maintenance when scheduled.

Maintain press and surrounding area to Lean specifications.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior Offset Printing experience preferredSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING

SKILLS:

One year or more of print related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Manual dexterity.

Strong initiative.

Team player.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all unites of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL FUNCTIONS Stamina & Mobility:
Ability to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for the duration of a scheduled shift (8–12 hours). Must be able to frequently bend, reach, crouch, or stoop.

Weight Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally from floor to waist and waist to shoulder.

Manual Dexterity:
Constant repetitive grasping and fine motor manipulation of paper materials and machine components.

Range of Motion:
Frequent twisting of the torso and lifting above shoulder height.

Sensory/Vision:
Must possess tactile/touch sensitivity in hands and digits. Near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are required for quality control and safe machine operation.

Work Environment:
Ability to perform these functions in a manufacturing environment that may include high noise levels, varying temperatures, and paper dust.#ind
