Position: 2nd Shift Nurse (RN/LPN) - $36-$43/hr w/Differentials + $3/hr Medical Opt-Out

Compensation Breakdown:

• Base pay: $30.00-$34.00/hr (RN or LPN, based on experience)
• 2nd shift differential: +$4.50/hr
• Weekend differential: +$1.50/hr (Saturday/Sunday)
• Medical opt-out: +$3.00/hr (if you qualify)

Effective 2nd shift rate can reach $36.00-$43.00+/hr, depending on experience, weekend hours, and medical opt-out.

Rosedale Green - Covington, KY

• 2:00 p.m.
  
  - 10:30 p.m.

Emerald Trace - Erlanger, KY

• 3:00 p.m.
  
  - 11:30 p.m.

• Every other weekend required

Role Summary

As a 2nd Shift RN or LPN, you'll provide direct nursing care, support STNAs, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, person-centered care.

• Active Kentucky RN or LPN license (required)
• Ability to work 2nd shift hours
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
