- 2nd Shift (2:30p–10:30p)
- $3.00/hr 2nd shift differential
- $1.00/hr weekend differential
- Day Shift (7:00a–7:00p)
- $1.00/hr weekend differential
- Night Shift (7:00p–7:00a)
- $2.00/hr night differential
- $1.00/hr weekend differential
All roles:
- Require every other weekend
- Follow a predictable two‑week repeating schedule
- Participate in an A/B holiday rotation
- $18.50–$23.00/hr base pay (based on experience)
- +$3.00/hr 2nd shift differential
- +$2.00/hr 3rd shift differential
- +$1.00/hr weekend differential
- +$3.00/hr medical opt‑out (after meeting eligibility)
Combined, Nurse Aides can earn up to $30.00/hr with differentials and incentives.
This is highly competitive with regional CNA/STNA wages.
