We have both Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available working traditional 8-hour overnight shifts from 11:00 PM–7:00 AM

As an SRNA/STNA at Rosedale Green, you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll:
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
- Provide routine overnight care, rounds, and repositioning
- Observe residents and communicate changes to the nurse
- Help maintain resident dignity, comfort, safety, and independence
- Work collaboratively with nurses and fellow nursing assistants
- Build meaningful relationships with the residents you care for
- Active Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) status
- Ohio STNAs who are eligible to obtain Kentucky registry status are encouraged to apply
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Long-term care experience is a plus
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Maximum starting base rate is $23.00/hour. Individual starting rates are determined based on verified registry experience and Rosedale Green's established wage scale. The advertised potential of up to $29.00/hour includes the maximum starting base rate plus applicable 3rd shift and weekend differentials and the medical opt-out incentive. Actual compensation varies based on experience, schedule, benefit elections, and eligibility.
