Residential Sales Representative

Overview

OPC Pest Services is expanding across the Northern Kentucky service areas. We are hiring a Residential Sales Representative to sell our services in Erlanger, Florence, Independence, Covington, Fort Mitchell, Alexandria, Burlington, and Newport service areas. No pest control experience necessary—we train you for your pest services sales career!

We offer full-time employment all year round plus uncapped sales commissions. Cut your commute and start your sales prospecting from home.

• Become a smart prospector to generate sales leads through observable residential prospecting.
• Act as a skilled negotiator to arrive at a price point on services that benefit the customer and the company profit base.
• Work diligently to close deals with clients within a measurable time period.
• Crush quotas and achieve monthly sales goals with a drive to increase potential.
• Work as a member of the OPC Team and share resources and knowledge across the company.
• Satisfy customers’ needs with individualized service and support.

You will be expected to operate autonomously, generate leads from call-center leads and self-generated opportunities, and grow your commissions to uncapped limits in an exciting and supportive environment.

• 2 years minimum B2B and sales prospecting experience.
• 2 years sales experience in home services is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.
• Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment.

• Competitive salary with uncapped commissions. Training salary of $2,000 per biweekly pay period for up to 12 weeks. After training, base salary range is $40,000 to $45,000 with potential to earn well over $100,000 annually including uncapped commissions.
• Take home vehicle to start and end route.
