Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to service and sell within an existing customer base. The role is physical, fast‑paced, and involves indoor/outdoor delivery and pickup of uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products.

Candidates will receive a comprehensive 10‑week training program with a starting hourly rate of $24.00/hour. After route assignment, a solid base salary and commission potential become available. The majority of work occurs on a 4‑day workweek, with no nights or weekends, and monthly/quarterly performance bonuses and incentives are offered.

• Serve as the primary face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Expand the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Hold an active driver’s license.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• Meet the physical requirements of the position.
