Route Service Representative
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. The position is physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor, delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities- You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
- Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
- Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
- Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
- Active driver’s license.
- At least 21 years of age.
- DOT medical certification.
- Documentation of prior employment.
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
- High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Self‑motivation and ability to work in a team to meet goals.
- Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.
- Comprehensive 10‑week training program with an initial hourly rate of $24.00 until assigned a route.
- Solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment.
- Majority work a 4‑day workweek with no nights or weekends.
