Membership Growth ManagerDo you love building relationships, driving results, and helping a team grow? We're looking for a motivated professional to lead the growth of our Happy House Club Membership Program.
Responsibilities- Grow membership sales through follow-up, referrals, and outreach.
- Increase member retention and reduce cancellations.
- Coach team members on membership conversations.
- Track results and identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at events and community activities.
- Sales, customer service, account management, or business development experience.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable working with performance metrics.
