• Provide assistance to employees and visitors whenever required.
• Maintain detailed reports on incidents, observations, and shift activities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement authorities when essential.

• Possess certification in First Aid and CPR.
• Proficient in CCTV systems, surveillance techniques, and loss prevention strategies.
• Familiarity with militarized procedures is considered advantageous.
