Armed Security Site Supervisor

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day security operations for a key client site. In this role, you will supervise armed officers, ensure compliance with post orders, and maintain a safe environment through vigilant patrols, access control, and incident response. You will train and coach guards, complete detailed reports, and serve as the primary liaison with the client, modeling professionalism, integrity, and strong customer service while enforcing safety and security standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule armed security officers at the assigned site
• Conduct patrols, monitor access control, and oversee surveillance activities
• Ensure compliance with post orders, company policies, and client requirements
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms; document actions taken
• Prepare accurate daily activity, incident, and investigative reports
• Train, coach, and evaluate security staff to maintain performance standards
• Serve as primary on-site contact for the client, addressing concerns and updates
• Enforce safety, weapons handling, and security protocols at all times
• Coordinate with management and local authorities as needed
• Promote a culture of integrity, vigilance, and professional customer service
