Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $ Annually

- The Happy House Guys, we care about You and Your family so much that we run limited emergency service / On-Call.

• Provide residential HVAC service and maintenance.
• Diagnose, repair, and optimize heating and cooling systems.
• Coordinate with customers to explain recommended solutions and timelines.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.

• Experience in residential HVAC service.
• Ability to work year-round with limited on-call requirements.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
