As a Field Operations Apprentice, you'll support our field teams, learn about our trade processes, and help keep operations running smoothly. You'll gain hands-on experience and exposure to installation, maintenance, and warehouse processes — all while preparing for advancement into an HVAC or Plumbing apprenticeship program.

Your Day-to-Day Might Include:

• Assisting with job site setup and cleanup for installation crews.

• Loading, unloading, and organizing tools and materials.

• Helping maintain company trucks, warehouse, and work areas.

• Running parts, tools, or equipment to job sites.

• Checking and tracking inventory of materials and supplies.

• Safely operating a 16' box truck, lift gate, and pallet jack.

• Supporting technicians in the field and learning hands-on trade basics.

• Performing general maintenance and other support tasks as needed.

• A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

• Clean, insurable driving record.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs (with assistance).

• Comfortable working with power tools, ladders, and in varied environments.

• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Must pass background check and drug screen.
